Focus: Help employees manage workload, reduce overwhelm, and achieve more during the workday.
Components:
* Identifying workload stressors and productivity blockers
* Prioritising tasks and effective planning
* Time management and focus techniques
* Strategies for maintaining energy and motivation throughout the day
Suggested Workshop / Training Programme for Employees for point 2:
“Managing Emotional Fatigue at Work”
Focus: Help employees prevent burnout and maintain energy throughout the workday.
Components:
* Recognising signs of emotional exhaustion
* Techniques to manage stress and recharge during the day
* Setting boundaries and pacing work
* Simple mindfulness and recovery strategies
Suggested Workshop / Training Programme for Employees for point 3:
Same as red flag area in Section 1 of Assessment - CWS Rewards & Recognition Portal. This is more evident and needed, the fact being that both sections should an overwhelming 70% to 30% divide.
